About The Event
After living in Istanbul for a year, I came home with a few tricks of how to cookTurkish meze. In this class I'll teach you some classic styles of Turkish food. Dishes like lentil and sour cherry stuffed vine leaves with Turkish chilli, leeks braised with orange juice and ruby bulgur salad will be a few of the things on the menu. Ticket price includes a couple of glasses of wine, a meal, a tea towel and a recipe booklet. Email through any questions you've got!
